Terms of Service

These terms apply to authorised organisations and staff using SmashOrder as an internal order and fulfilment tool.

Permitted use

Users must connect only shops they own or are authorised to operate, comply with marketplace terms and applicable law, protect their login details, and verify operational information before acting on it.

Prohibited use

SmashOrder must not be used to conceal account ownership or shop relationships, evade marketplace enforcement, scrape restricted pages, impersonate another person, access unauthorised data, or conduct unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Marketplace and infrastructure services are controlled by their respective providers. API access, available fields and service continuity may change or be withdrawn. SmashOrder does not guarantee marketplace approval or uninterrupted third-party availability.

Operational figures

Profit figures depend on available marketplace earnings, cost and shipping inputs. Missing or unsettled data is marked incomplete. Users remain responsible for financial, tax, shipping and customer-service decisions.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for security, misuse, legal compliance or service protection. An organisation may request disconnection and deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
