Terms of Service

These terms apply to seller organisations and authorised staff using SmashOrder as an order, listing and fulfilment service. A registering user must accept these terms before submitting an account request and verify control of the supplied email address. Each account receives access only to its assigned organisation.

Registration and account authority

You must provide accurate account and organisation information and must not register on behalf of another seller without authority. Creating a SmashOrder account does not grant access to any Etsy shop. The shop owner or authorised operator must separately approve Etsy's official OAuth consent screen.

Permitted use

Users must connect only shops they own or are authorised to operate, comply with marketplace terms and applicable law, protect their login details, and verify operational information before acting on it. Users are responsible for confirming that listing content, products, images, production-partner disclosures and claims comply with Etsy policies before publication.

Prohibited use

SmashOrder must not be used to conceal account ownership or shop relationships, evade marketplace enforcement, scrape restricted pages, impersonate another person, access unauthorised data, or conduct unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Marketplace and infrastructure services are controlled by their respective providers. API access, available fields and service continuity may change or be withdrawn. SmashOrder does not guarantee marketplace approval or uninterrupted third-party availability.

SmashOrder is operated and provided by SmashOrder, based in Australia.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

Operational figures

Profit figures depend on available marketplace earnings, cost and shipping inputs. Missing or unsettled data is marked incomplete. Users remain responsible for financial, tax, shipping and customer-service decisions.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for security, misuse, legal compliance or service protection. An organisation may request disconnection and deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
