About SmashOrder

SmashOrder is an order, listing, cost and fulfilment workspace for independently operated sellers and their authorised staff. Sellers can create an email-verified account, receive a separate organisation and choose which shop to connect. It consolidates operational information so a team can prepare orders, create reviewed listing drafts, record actual costs and submit shipment tracking.

Separate seller workspaces

Every self-registered seller begins with an empty, isolated organisation. Shop data becomes available only after the shop owner completes the official OAuth consent process. Organisation administrators may invite staff and assign fixed operational or finance roles.

Seller-controlled listings

Listing Studio creates Etsy drafts first. An authorised administrator selects shop policies and product information, uploads images, reviews the result and separately confirms publication. SmashOrder does not automatically publish, delete or copy listings between sellers.

Authorised connections only

Each shop connection requires the shop owner to complete the platform's official OAuth consent process. SmashOrder does not request shop passwords, scrape private pages, conceal shop relationships, simulate browsers, or bypass marketplace controls.

Data boundaries

Users can access only the organisation and shops assigned to their membership. Buyer information is limited to fulfilment needs, protected by role controls and audit records, and removed according to the applicable retention and deletion process.
