About SmashOrder

SmashOrder is an internal order, cost and fulfilment workspace for sellers and their authorised staff. It consolidates operational information so a team can prepare orders, record actual costs and submit shipment tracking.

Authorised connections only

Each shop connection requires the shop owner to complete the platform's official OAuth consent process. SmashOrder does not request shop passwords, scrape private pages, conceal shop relationships, simulate browsers, or bypass marketplace controls.

Data boundaries

Users can access only the organisation and shops assigned to their membership. Buyer information is limited to fulfilment needs, protected by role controls and audit records, and removed according to the applicable retention and deletion process.
